After visiting the forest farm, admiring the wood storage pond and the old locomotive, as I was about to leave, my eyes were suddenly attracted by a super red, super large sign across the street -
"Hot pot + stir-fry"? !
I was just hungry, and this sign was too straightforward. With a little curiosity and a little hunger, I thought why not go in and take a look. After all, isn’t this kind of "accidentally stumbling upon a great restaurant" what I look forward to most during the trip?
As soon as you walk in, the environment is great and the service is very friendly!
I pushed open the door and walked into "Guozhen Bafang". I didn't expect the interior space to be quite spacious. The decoration was my favorite wooden gray and white tones, clean, bright and with a sense of design. The tables were not crowded, which made it very suitable for gatherings or for eating quietly by yourself.
Not long after we sat down, the waiter came over to introduce the dining method in a friendly way. It didn't feel oppressive, but made us feel quite comfortable.
There is a high degree of freedom in ordering food, you can order stir-fry dishes individually or eat as much as you want!
This store uses QRCODE to scan and order food, which is quite convenient. I originally thought it was just a normal all-you-can-eat hotpot restaurant, but I found out that their dining options are quite flexible, with several options to choose from:

This design is great news for people like me who want to eat hot pot, but also want some stir-fried dishes. So I ordered a main course hot pot with the buffet, and then ordered a few stir-fried dishes that looked delicious: sautéed snails with towering spices, warm-body beef with green onions, and stir-fried clams with towering spices.
Recommended stir-fry dishes
- Spicy Conch Meat: The basil is full of fragrance, the snail meat is crispy and chewy, and it is salty and fragrant. It is a great dish that makes people want to eat it again and again.
- Stir-fried warm beef with scallions: Using limited quantities of warm-bodied beef directly from Tainan, the aroma of beef and the sweetness of scallions burst out when stir-fried. The meat is tender and fragrant, and it is definitely one of the must-order dishes.
- Fried Clams with Spicy Sauce: The clams are fresh and plump, and when stir-fried with basil, the soup naturally flows out, the aroma is fragrant, and the taste is salty and fresh. I can have two bowls of rice with this dish alone!

I chose the most popular "Zhenshan Stone Soup" (also known as the Stir-fried Stone Pot) soup base. After ordering, we were still chatting. Unexpectedly, not long after, the waiter came over with a small cart.
It turns out that this pot is stir-fried tableside! They will stir-fry garlic, onions and dried squid in front of you, then add the broth, and the whole aroma will explode! The soup tastes thick but not greasy, and it becomes more fragrant as it cooks.
Paired with the warm-body beef I chose, which was shipped directly from Tainan, the meat only needed to be lightly boiled for a few seconds, and it became super tender with no fishy smell at all. After absorbing the essence of the soup, it was even more delicious!
The buffet bar has everything you need, plus there are surprise hot pot ingredients!
The hot pot area has a wide variety of ingredients, including all the necessary vegetables, hot pot ingredients, and mushrooms. They are replenished quickly, and the cleanliness is pleasing to the eye.
The point is that there are:
- Bursting beef balls: The juice bursts out as soon as you bite into them. Be careful with the heat, but it’s super addictive!
- Squid and shrimp fritters: crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, you can tell the real ingredients are there, not cheap at all!
The seasoning area also provides coriander, which is heaven for coriander lovers (laughs)
Drinks + desserts are also good
The beverage bar offers a variety of choices, such as soda, sparkling water, and juice. Desserts include small cakes, fruits, and ice cream, and the whole all-you-can-eat ritual is fully realized.
The food delivery robot is so cool. It can even talk and introduce the meals, and it instantly attracted fans on the spot!
When I was halfway through my meal and was about to take a sip of soup, I suddenly saw a round robot slowly sliding over and then stopped right next to our table.
Then I heard her say in a clear voice:
"Your beef aroma (warm beef) meal has arrived. Please pick it up on the first floor and press confirm after picking it up~"
I was really stunned for a moment. This is so interesting! She explained clearly and gently, even telling us the names of the dishes, so there was no need to worry about getting the wrong ones. After getting the meal, she pressed the confirmation button on the screen, said thank you quietly, then slid away obediently to continue working. She was super cute.
And later I found out that this robot not only delivers food, but also automatically dances, changes facial expressions, and even actively interacts with children during free time. The atmosphere in the entire restaurant became very lively.
To be honest, I originally thought that the robot was just a gimmick, but I didn’t expect it to be so useful and interesting. It delivers food efficiently and is not noisy. It even made me laugh in the hot pot restaurant.

I originally just wanted to take a walk in Luodong Forest Farm, but unexpectedly I discovered "Guozhen Bafang". As a result, I was very satisfied with the whole meal. Not only was the food delicious, the dining space was comfortable, the service was friendly, and there was also a memorable food delivery robot + tableside stir-fry show.
